We're Experiencing Technical Issues with Course Orders – Can You Help?

We’ve become aware of some technical difficulties on our website that appear to be preventing people from ordering our products (both books and courses).
We’re working to resolve this as quickly as possible, but we need your help to understand the full scope of the issue.
If you’ve tried to order a product recently and encountered any problems, we’d be incredibly grateful if you would:
Describe what happened when you tried to place your order.
Let us know which product you were attempting to purchase.
If possible, send us screenshots of any error messages or issues you encountered.
Tell us what device and browser you were using (e.g., iPhone with Safari, desktop with Chrome, etc.).

Your feedback will help us pinpoint the problem and fix it much faster. Every detail, no matter how small it might seem, could be the key to getting everything working smoothly again.

Finally: If you’ve been stymied, we want to bring that to an end! We can fulfill your orders manually, but to do that, we’ll need to know what you want to buy. We’ll be delighted to help if we can.
